- Frying Pan
- 1 can canned salmon
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 TBSP olive oil
Step by Step Instructions
Drain liquid from salmon; Reserve liquid
Mix egg, red onion, and breadcrumbs. Shape mixture into patties; If too dry, add reserved liquid from salmon
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat; Place patties in pan and cook until brown on each side (about 2 minutes per side)
Set aside on paper towel to drain excess oil
Serve on a bun, in a salad or on its own. Enjoy!
